10 Years

On August 21, 1999, Jeannette Leonard answered "I Do" - becoming my amazing wife. I want to publicly say to her again how much I love her and how thankful I am for these last ten years of marriage. "I Do" for another 10 years and for eternity after that.

This is the song that I wrote for Jeannette on the day of our wedding. We continue to live and love in His grace:

God’s Grace

Why in the world am I standing here?
I ask not from doubt but from amazement
Of this dream come true.

Why in the world are you here with me?
So much more than I asked for, more than I deserve,
Love has overwhelmed my heart.

And the answer to my questions is
That God is worthy to be praised
He has joined us here by His grace.
And we’ve sworn friendship to each other

Living together in His perfect grace

Family to raise, a generation to lead

Blogging Absence

It's been one month since my awesome son was born. In less than two weeks I start teaching Hermeneutics at Moody. Also have been preparing and teaching a mentoring training class at our New Life location. These three things have created a lot of busyness, more so than normal - hence no blogging for the last month.

But...time to start back up again. Stay tuned.
