The conference I was at this past weekend showed the below video. Apparently it has been out for awhile, but it was the first time I'd seen it. So funny...
In the words of the great Winston Churchill...
You cannot tell from appearances how things will go. Sometimes imagination makes things out far worse than they are; yet without imagination not much can be done. Those people who are imaginative see many more dangers than perhaps exist; certainly many more than will happen; but then they must also pray to be given that extra courage to carry this far-reaching imagination. But for everyone, surely, what we have gone through in this period - I am addressing myself to the School - surely from this period of ten months this is the lesson: never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never-in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.

Traveling corner to corner
Heading home to Chicago today after a week in California. Great week for work, and it's been awesome to have my family along with me for the ride. We fell in love with San Francisco! What an amazing city!
This trip started last weekend when I was in Burlington, VT. But last Sunday morning, I wasn't only coming home from VT, I would be traveling from Burlington, VT all the way to Los Angeles, CA. My itinerary looked like this:

Rescue me from this poop
That time of year again, we are entering the 5th season. You do know that we have five weather season, not five, right?
They are: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and...MUD!
Snowmeggedon is not a thing of myth & legend, but it has left a ton of mess with its exit. Yesterday afternoon I had the fun experience of cleaning up the yard from two months of Stitch's work. It reminded me of a post from a couple years ago, so I thought I'd repost. Hold your nose, and read on...

One Year at Logos
I really love to study the Bible.
I also really love to help people learn how to study the Bible.
I also really love technology (que Kip song).

I wrote Part 1 of this post back at the beginning of the year. Been sitting on Part 2 for over a month now. Guess it should be posted before 2012 comes around.
My 2010.
